As a military spouse, my 23 years of experience (13 PCS moves) are at your disposal, whether it's marketing your home or finding the home that fits your needs. I specialize in negotiation and have extensive training and experience in this field. I lead our team of experts.

With 23 years of military service, I understand the importance of finding a home that fits your needs. As a co-owner of the Walker Real Estate Team, I work directly with Johna to find the best home for your family, whether renting or buying. I specialize in rentals, and have experience in all areas of real estate.  

Shannon Carter, Buyer’s Specialist
After 21 years in the military service, my husband and I have settled in the Fort Leonard Wood area and I love it. As our final duty station, we have been here for many years now, and I have extensive knowledge of the area and market. I am also a native of Missouri. I work tirelessly on behalf of my buyers and enjoy every minute of it. 

Morgan Walker, Marketing Administrator  Although I have been working in real estate since 2005, I still love meeting new people and I'm the friendly voice you hear when you call our office.  I specialize in assisting buyers and work to maintain our team’s marketing programs.  Si usted habla español puedo ayudar tambien.

Shannon Walker, Listing Coordinator I develop marketing plans for all of the Walker Real Estate Team’s listings. I also take photos of the properties make sure each home’s information is always available to our clients and team members.  

Brandy Fusilier, Closing Coordinator I handle all aspects of the closing on your home once you are under contract. Carefully tracking details is what makes the difference in a successful closing. My job is to make sure you are informed on every step. 

Christy Cooper, Leasing Specialist I enjoy helping soldiers and their families meet their rental housing needs. I specialize in showing property and developing lease agreements to both owners' and tenants' satisfaction. Once homes are rented, I ensure that our homeowners' investments are well-maintained and their tenants are happy. 

Steve (Swill) Williams, Rental Home Inspector After retiring from active duty in 2010, I am happy to continue to serve in this military community. I conduct all our rental home inspections, working hard to ensure that the homeowners' property stays in the same condition it was the day they moved out.
