Steve Walker, Owner/Property Manager
With over 20 years of military experience, Steve understands first-hand the importance of finding a home that fits your needs. As co-owner of Walker Real Estate Experts, Steve works directly with Johna to find the best home for your family, whether that means buying a home or choosing to rent a house in one of Fort Leonard Wood’s many nearby communities. Steve specializes in rentals and is head of property management.
Morgan Walker, Executive Assistant
Morgan has been an Army dependent for over 20 years and in real estate for 10. Jack of all trades, she works along side the broker to make sure that the team is up to date with technology and marketing techniques that will help our current and future clients. She assists and trains all the new employees, and works on big projects that the company participates in.

Debbie Austin, Realtor®/Listing Expert
Debbie was born into the military lifestyle and continued that proud tradition when she married her husband. She is the first person you’ll speak to when you decide it is time to sell your home in the Fort Leonard Wood area. Debbie will first preview your home and then provide you with expert advice and tips on what you the seller can do to successfully sell your home. Debbie also takes the time to research comparable homes in your neighborhood to calculate a fair market listing price. Loyal to the end, Debbie will be with you throughout the sales process until you’re ready to close!
Catey Coughlin, Closing Coordinator
Catey, as the closing coordinator, is the expert that you will be speaking with once your home is under contract! She is assisting the buyer agents in contacting the lender, appraiser and inspectors daily to make sure the transaction goes smoothly and close on time. Meanwhile, she is keeping you in the loop of what is going on.
If you're shopping for a home our Buyer's Agents will help you set the ground work for a successful home buying experience. One of the first steps to buying a home is to know your budget and they start you on the pre-qualifying process so that you can start searching for a home sooner. After you're Pre-Qualified, Dee & Lacy will work hard to help you find that perfect home!
Once you're Pre-Qualified you'll be assigned your individual Buyer's Expert who will happily schedule appointments for you to view your list of potential homes. Our experts will guide you through the Home Buying experience, help you make an offer, and ensure you transition effortlessly into Closings.
Dorothy "Dee" Rex has been a licensed agent in Missouri for 4 years and has lived in the Ozarks for 43 years. You can count of Dee to be with you throughout the sales process until you close!
Christy Cooper, Property Manager/Licensed Agent
Christy is a military spouse who works in property management, specializing in developing lease agreements that satisfy both the property owner and the incoming renters. Once a home has been rented, Christy works to protect the home owner’s investment and makes sure that the tenants are happy with their rental home.
Rudy Mejia, Leasing Agent/Licensed Agent
Rudy is a former Marine who works in property management, specializing in showing property and developing lease agreements. Just call the office to schedule an appointment to see properties and Rudy will take you out to the homes. Once you have found the rental of your dreams, you and Rudy will sit down and go over the tenants portal information and the lease agreement. Se habla español también!
Mandy Smith, Property Management Inspector
Our in-office home inspector who dedicates her time to protecting the properties we have listed under property management. If you're a renter, you'll be seeing her for your Move-in or Move Out inspection. If something's wrong with the property, They will help coordinate a contractor to come out and resolve the issue.
Brenda Fields, Property Management Inspector
Our in-office home inspector who dedicates their time to protecting the properties we have listed under property management. If you're a renter, you'll be seeing them for your Six Month inspections. If something's wrong with the property, they will help coordinate a contractor to come out and resolve the issue.
Robert Patrick, Home Maintenance Coordinator
It’s Robs job to make the homeowner aware of any problems that may come up with their home. He works with both tenants and vendors to make the necessary home repairs in a timely manner with the least amount of disruption as possible. He also does routine inspections of our properties to assure our homeowners and tenants that the properties are well maintained and cared for. Rob served 27 years in the Army. He and his family have lived in the Ft. Leonard Wood area since 2007. While stationed overseas, Rob placed his property with Walker's Property Management Experts and loved the professionalism working with us. He is pleased to be working with the 'professionals' at Walker and will continue that professionalism with our home owners and tenants.
