I'm Stephanie Kern, a licensed real estate broker and Sales Manager at Walker Real Estate Experts in Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri. I help military families, first-time buyers, and investors buy and sell homes across the Waynesville School District and the surrounding area — St. Robert, Waynesville, Dixon, Crocker, Lebanon, and Rolla.
My real estate career started in 2018, shortly after my husband got stationed at Ft. Leonard Wood. I was looking for a fast-paced career that would keep me engaged, and the leasing department at Walker turned out to be the door in. Within my first year, I had my real estate license. In 2023, I earned my broker's license and stepped into the Sales Manager role I hold today.
What's kept me here is simple: every day teaches me something new, and every client walks in with a different story. PCS orders mean moving fast. A first home that has to fit a growing family. An investment property that needs to actually pencil out on paper. The work changes constantly, and I love that.
My job isn't just to close the deal. It's to make sure you leave the closing table knowing more about real estate than you did walking in — so the next time you buy or sell, you already know what to look for and what to ask.
When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two boys.
